hi I keep on torrent downloading wii games and burning them but for some reason the words keep on coming up on the wii saying cannot read disk

You need to post full information about your Wii, like

Wii Drive type (D2A, DMS, D2C, D2C2, D2E)?

Wii Firmware version and region?

Region of game?

Modchip name/brand?

Modchip firmware version?

Any other information that will help in helping you resolve the issue you are having.

oh you gonna need mod chips to play backups and copies then the wii will read it as oringinal and run wii games even better and play backup and copies games

Ok to run a "backup" game you need a modchip, or the Homebrew Backup loader v.3. The Wii can not read a "backup" game at all without one of those two options. After you have one of those two burn your ISO onto a Verbatim 16x at 4x speed using Alcohol 120%, or Imgburn. No system can run "backup" games without being modified in one way or another.

oh thanks and all wii`s need a modchip to play copies or backups or the motherboard will reject it and it will not run

you gonna have to get a mod chip and solder it on the optical drives and the second way is to get a clip on mod chip and clip it on the second biggest chip

oh it`s best to buy a non soldering mod chip because when you solder the mod chip on the optical drives it has a high risk of losing your wii

:| Dude you didn't even know what was going on at first, then we answered all of your questions. We all know this, and there are many threads about all this. You should at least make this all one post, instead of multiple ones back to back about the same thing.
