Question about region firware and Wi U.1.1

Okay this is a first for me. I downloaded Super Paper Mario and as usual i run Wiu 1.1 to check for updates and region....on this one i got this message...

UPdate: NO UPDATE
Update: Firmware 2.1E Pal/Euro

I ran patchupdate and NTSC/USA..

My question is can i play this on my USA-NTSC-U Wii I have wiikey 1.9s and have played PAL games with no problems...but i have never recieved this FIRMWARE UPDATE MESSAGE?? ANy help before i put into my Wii

i would like to know i am on version 3.1u and i want to upgrade to 3.2 is there anyway? i wanted to play megaman 9...

@wiiminator, try using WUM to see what it says, and it still has update use Wum to patch it. Normally it would not say that there is "No Update" and also show an update, so something is not right.

@streetlegalboi, Use AnyRegion changer to upgrade to 3.2 if you have hmoebrew already installed, otherwise use a game which MUST BE SAME REGION AS YUOR WII to update from game, e.g Super Mario Galaxy, Mario KArt, SSBB

i do have mario kart.. and i updated back then still says i am on 3.1u.. and i do have homebrew installed.. i was looking at yur any region changer.. doesnt that just change the region code?

Well it all worked out okay. I put the game in my Wii and all is well. So it must have worked and it did not ask me for any updates...lol THanks for the help....

@streetlegalboi, AnyRegion changer will also allow you to change Wii FW version.

i already gotten my wii to run perfectly at firmware 3.2 with everything i needed... cept the shops i cant go in.. doesnt matter not gonna buy anything anyways... haha
