Yes, it's called Wii Play. It's available just about everywhere except the US and Canada already.

It's too bad that they held it back for the north american release. Perhaps they were hoping to sell a few extra controllers without the pack in to increase the bottom line.

Some Basic Wii Sports Tips You May Not Know:
Change the tennis court
To change the tennis court to the blue practice court, press and hold (2) at the warning screen that shows after selecting characters.
Golf Tips
To disable the power meter, map, and the wind speed indicator, press and hold (2), then make a selection at the "Select a Course" screen.
To see the break of the green and use this to line up your putt press (1) on the controller.
You can also press (2) to get a lower, closer view of the green.
Change bowling ball color
As the screen is fading to black for bowling, hold down the control pad until it fades to bowling for these colors:
Blue Ball Control Pad Up
Gold Ball Control Pad Right
Red Ball Control Pad Left
Green Ball Control Pad Down
Throw Sidearm in Base Ball
Switch between sidearm and overhand by pressing 2 or 1 at the screen before the pitch.
