Thank you in advance for all your replies!
You should l2read the guide better.

    Download this: Hermes_cIOS222_223_installer_3.0_(rev4).zip
Extract / copy it to your apps directory on your SD card.
Start HomeBrew Channel and start the cIOS 222 Installer
Read the warning message and push A
Select IOS249 to perform the install with D-pad left/right and push A
Select to Install Custom IOS 222 and select IOS38 merged with IOS37
Wait for download and installation to complete
Start HomeBrew Channel and start the cIOS 222 Installer again
Select IOS249 to perform the install again
This time select Custom IOS 223 and select merge with IOS38 and IOS37.
In your USB loader, make sure to load with CIOS223 when you're booting the game.

Start the game up with your favorite USB loader and play!

If the game fail boot, play around with the options like "error fix 002" and "force NTSC".

    good luck and have fun
There is no need to install as IOS222, You only need ios 223 as 37 merged with 38, changing your ios222 install might break other stuff.

Black screen is usually a missing IOS problem, you probably havent installed the IOS that the game requires (IOS55 v5149)

no need for uloader, as said in the guide, it works fine in GX and CFG

I'm using neoganma R8 any help?

EDIT: I updated to R9 just now and realized that I wasn't loading on cIOS222 so how do I do that with neaganma?

EDIT#2: Ok You can't use the IOS223 loader on neogamma so now I'm using the usb loadegxr and IOS223 is not an option! What the hell!
If you can read, you would already know why neogamma wont work.

If you have no option of 222/223 for loading then its pretty obvious you didnt install them, as you seem to have completely missed the stuff about neogamma in the guide, it would be logical that you probably missed the bit about installing the cIOS too.....

No, you don't need an USB Loader, you can use Neogamma with cIOSX Rev 19 installed with IOS 37 (check my early post).

I've played this game on 3 wii, 4.1 and 4.2 E, 4.2 U with Neogamma R9 B6 and cIOSX Rev 19 with IOS 37 as base so don't say that Neogamma doesn't work. It's the only way you can make it run with Neogamma, you must use IOS 37 as base 'cause if you use another IOS the game wont work.

rev19 is still not the best thing to install tbh, many problems with it, which is why i didn't recommend it as a solution, rev 17 is much better supported.

also when installing hermit, you must have wifi turned on.
you didnt read the guide properly, did you? USB loaders WILL boot a disc.

I have not tried any other back ups cause I do not have any at the moment to try. So I followed the instructions here for installing the cios. It did what one other person said where it froze and lost sync. So I tried watermelon's method which worked and downloaded everything etc.

Then I tried neogamma again. No go. So I figured I would try and use USB Loader GX to make it work as written by the author of this topic.

However every time I try to load it calls my usb devices slow... none are plugged in I do not have a usb HDD... and then reboots back to the Wii System Menu.

Please tell me how to load from disc and use the cios249 that I set up and how to get any loader to work for this purose.
Check my first post and install cIOSX rev 19 with IOS 37 as base and you'll be able to run the game with latest Neogamma. Don't let you fool by the people who say that cIOSX rev 19 causes problems cause it's not true, in fact it is a lot better than rev 17. Good luck!
