Thank you all for the quick responses but I have installed rev19 with ios37 and the problem still persists. What do you mean by the force on the iso. It is a NTSC USA Monster Hunter Tri. From what I understand, the wriststrap warning is supposed to come first, then checking wii system memory, then a CAPCOM logo. But my system freezes with a black silent screen in between the 'checking wii system memory" and Capcom logo. What am I not doing?

Grab the new cIOSX rev19 here

I stuck it in my SD card apps folder(did not test just using my hard drive):
    1. Create a new folder in your apps folder named "cIOSX_rev19-Installer"
    2. Extract/Copy contents of download into folder
    3. rename "cIOSX_rev19-Installer.dol" to "boot.dol"

    To Install:
    1. Open cIOSX_rev19-Installer with Homebrew
    2. Use IOS249 during installation
    3. A to agree to disclaimer
    4. Select IOS37 v3869 then press A
    5. If you have a network connection switch and use that, but if you want to use offline download this file and place it in the wad folder in the root of your card (sd:\wad)

    Did this...

Confirmed working on neogamma R8 RC3* (rev 19)

Everyone can stop copying and pasting all the steps they followed to get it to work with rev19! We know it works....it also works with the method in the first post of this guide.

Yep can't wait for all the wonderful threads from these guys asking why Wad Manager doesn't work anymore lol. Bet you not one of them did their reading before installing it.

OK I'm not having any luck with this game. Followed the "simple fix" and using NeoGamma R8 B7 from a backup DVD or USB Loader from a HD get to the Begin the game and get the black screen of death and the BUZZ. Any idea's on what the settings are for the NeoGamma could this be a problem ?
