Thumbs up Thank you so much!

    Well cIOSX rev19 works!!!

*note* This is taken from said video before but a little more elaborated i guess you could say

I am using 4.2u and did all the modding required.
I followed your guide but didn't quite work (had a black screen at load up if i used 223 or 222)

Anyways so i used the new cIOSX rev19 and works great.

Grab the new cIOSX rev19 here

I stuck it in my SD card apps folder(did not test just using my hard drive):
    1. Create a new folder in your apps folder named "cIOSX_rev19-Installer"
    2. Extract/Copy contents of download into folder
    3. rename "cIOSX_rev19-Installer.dol" to "boot.dol"

    To Install:
    1. Open cIOSX_rev19-Installer with Homebrew
    2. Use IOS249 during installation
    3. A to agree to disclaimer
    4. Select IOS37 v3869 then press A
    5. If you have a network connection switch and use that, but if you want to use offline download this file and place it in the wad folder in the root of your card (sd:\wad)

This method apparently works on many different loaders so hopefully it will work with yours!!!

Settings im using for my USB Loader GX is:
    Video Mode : Force NTSC
    IOS : IOS 249
    Error 002 fix : Yes
    (leave everything else alone)

Here is a video with a guy using it on many loaders:
Monster Hunter 3 (Tri) works on just about every loader there is

    Enjoy Gaming!

    *Edit*
    Confirmed Loaders:

    1. NeoGamma R8 Final
    2. USB Loader GX
    3. Wii Flow (IOS 249)
    4. Configurable USB loader
    5. Coverfloader
    6. NeoGamma R9 Beta8
After many different applications of various settings, and IOS's that tutorial/video worked flawlessly for me.

Confirmed using softmod Wii 4.2, and the latest build of WiiFlow *THE BEST LOADER GUYS/GALS!* I was surprised I didn't see any other questions/confirmations on Wiiflow? USB loading is the future, burned discs are extremely risky and a thing of the past.

Thanks again for everyone's help and posts!

that finally did work after trying the 222 223 hermes stuff (loading CFG Loader with 223 ios -> #001 error; loading only the game with 223/222 and/or 002 fix, force video)

    Thank you! Now let's hunt!

I have a NTSC copy of MH3 which works perfectly fine (249 with 37 & 38 combined as the base,222 and uloader 5.0)

Ive tried the same set up on the PAL version and i get nothing at all it just stays spinning on the uloader screen. Now if i change to 223. The game will load to the Wii warning screen and then say there is an error with the disc.

I have tried two different branded DVD's (one of which the NTSC version is burnt to)

I dont have a USB HDD yet so i cant try that.

Oh and ive installed the Rev 19 custom.

Ive done everything the tutorial listed and the NTSC works fine, just not the pal for some strange reason.

Thanks dude. Your method worked perfectly on my NTSC 4.2U wii using Neogamma R8 Final on a burned DVD Now I don't have to get another loader specifically for MH3

    -1:
Wad Install Error Most likely have a cIOS installed incorrectly, out of date, or missing. If a file was needed, then it was not in the correct folder. If you are using ciosx rev19 installer, put iosX-64-3610.wad file in the root of the SD card. Can also be a bad wad or not enough space on the Wii. Possibly formatted the SD card incorrectly.
