free the wad w/GUI
this is the standard freethewad command prompt but it is packed with a GUI that makes it as easy as point and click to set a wad to free/pal.......
I take no credit for this at all.....
what i did was put it together,hide the un needed parts and zip it up

eh this is quite useful you can check regions too i didn't know freethewads could do that.

Can someone explain to me how do i use this? Can i use this to play PAL games in USA? Any help would be appreciated.

this wont help you play PAL games in the USA. It is specifically for the channels on the wii menu

you can get a modchip, they let you play imports.
you can install gecko-os, they let you play imports.
if the game is a backup of an import, get a quality modchip. better than softmod, but only becasue i am a traditionalist !!! lol
you cant f*** with a modchip, you can f*** up a softmod though
