Usually when there are more than one of the same type of Wii torrent the larger one is the regular full size game. The smaller file is going to be a "scrubbed" version that has had all of the filler, movies, etc..... extra stuff that is on the game DVD removed. I don't have any "scrubbed" games so I cant advise you one way or the other.
it is a personal choice to update or not. As of now there arent any games that require 3.3 but you will have to update in time in oder to play the lastest games. So if you update now or later makes no difference
