I have yet to get mine to work. :P I am downloading another copy however. Here is what I have discovered.
Forcing to Pal50-60 makes it run, but in black and white. And forcing to NTFC makes it go black (The default Wii response to "You don't have the right cIOS installed".) Anyone know the one I'm missing?
I have IOS222 along with anything required to run USBloader GX. Suggestions?

    Mine is a PAL btw.

I have identical symptoms and am in research mode as well. I stumbled across a post that referenced ios 59 but haven't had the chance to try it. I'll try to find it and post a link to this thread.

    Exclamation Problem Solver

The Reason Why Zelda Twilight Princess Don't Work USB Loader GX
Because If Your Wii Firmware Is 4.2E Or 4.2U And 4.3E Or 4.3U

Nintendo Has Blocked Other Region Games To Work On Those Console Firmwares
PAL Games Will Work Fine On 4.3E And Vise Versa

NTSC Games Stick To NTSC Consoles
PAL Games Stick To PAL Consoles

Other Than That If You Have 4.1 Or Lower Firmwares Installed On Your Wii Console You'll Be Fine

My copy of the game was working fine until I added the last modification needed to play sport resort and the last guitar hero games.
Maybe this info can give a lead to somebody to find a solution

Certain games just won't work on GX. I'm sure there is a way to fix and may ultimately be necessary for your mod but before you go down that road, try downloading Configurable USB Loader v.60. My Zelda: Twilight Princess (RZDE01) won't run on USB Loader GX but works great on this loader. I did have to change the video setting to "Force NTSC." Sorry I don't have a link to the download but I know you can find it in a wiiHacks forum. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I've had the same problem too when I volunteered to softmod my friend's wii. I thought he might have pressed something or plainly a matter of modifying the game load settings of his USB loader gx. I tried it on mine and I realized i had the same issue too. But i do remember a time before that i was already USB loading Twilight Princess when i was about to finish the game. Then I remembered NeoGamma! So I switched to NeoGamma to load the game but it can't mount the wbfs (which was very unlikely before). So i regressed to my previous NAND to see what kept TP working... Alas! cIOS249 rev17-19! (i Currently have cIOS249 rev20). So i got my current NAND back on my wii and reinstalled cIOS249 rev19 (technically overwriting rev20). Worked like a charm when i ran it back with NeoGamma (i think even the latest beta still doesn't support cIOS249 rev20). Hope this works for you too bro. ;-)

OK i had my Wii sof modded on 4.1u but my kid updated me to 4,3u and i lost mu soft mod, so i verginized my wii to factory and re did the soft mod as the instructions stated here on wwiihacks.

but Zelda TP will not run, so your saying do the following and it should work.

Install cIOS249 rev19 and run NeoGamma and i should work fine?

any setting i.e. Force NTSC, PAL etc... Vid Patch ?

    please let me know.
