wow i wish that i had read this a while ago, i spent ages trying to find kirby 64 on NTSC and here it is staring me in the face......... THANKS!!!!!

yes there is a program called freethewads that unlocks region on most vc/wiiware games here is link:

Code:
*open command prompt drag freethewads.exe in to the box
*then press spacebar(leave a space)
*drag and drop the wad of your choice and press enter
*your wad should now be region free 
This may not work for all games

VC games = Virtual Console games

Games that were for the older Nintendo consoles (NES, SNES, etc) that they are now releasing via the Wii as VC Games.
