Hi I just burned need for speed nitro and it works good :), the only thing is it is PAL so the there is no color it is just black and white. how can i make it ntsc. I would appreciate some help. Thank you :)

Hardmod? Softmod? Which software are you using?
Um i have a D2Pro and i launch the game trough the homebrew chanel. The Wii is 4.2.
I don't play pal games but don't you have to convert it to NSTC for it to play fine...
force some video options in a backup loader, like video to system region not disc region, force ntsc you know :D
I almost thought this would be to do with madworld lol lol lol lol
