flatmii have announced fixes. And Wasabi have a solution coming. I assume others will follow soon.

Its possible to patch the original ISO to make it work. Im trying to write a simple patch that people can use, but i needs to test it 1st

The group ALMoST has released a BCA fix. I'll check it out and post what I find after I'm done downloading it.

Edit according to the info file this is the patch for the NTSC-U game:

    0000000000000000 0000000000000000 0000000000000000 0000000000000000
    0000000000000000 0000000000000000 0000000050444d43 200e0c0e3b003f3e

I haven't tried it out yet but I hope this helps:

    R5VE41.BCA

I just downloaded the SMNP01.BCA and ran it through a hex editor and replaced the information with the patch I found in ALMoST's info file.

no problem, I actually had the patch before the game id . So you might want to change your shared file on media fire from avatar.bca to R5VE41.BCA

I read on the WODE site time back that apparently the NHL game might also incorporate this new anti-piracy feature, not overly sure how accurate that info is so don't quote me on it.

    Are you kidding?

Nintendo finally has a chance to stop piracy, *cough* pathetically *cough* and they'll add this "protection" to most of the new games.
