Backup of game - Wiihacks

I'm very new to this wii and have a question.

I have the sports game that came with the unit.

I do not want to use the CD over and over to play the games.

I have several programs that can clone disks where the copy and master are indistinguishable from each other.

Will the copy work in my wii, or will it damage something?

I haven't touched anything on the box at all.

Nope.
Not unless you have a modchip.

There are loads of threads on modchips in here.
And there is a BIG ANNOUNCMENT that you need a modchip to play back ups.

Well that ISO loader is a leak beta test. Most people say it doesn't work on NTSC consoles,and on PAL it doesn't run as well as it should. Mod chips are the way to go , if you want to play backups. Also he dropped the project after it got leaked so it isn't going to get any better at the moment.

Try the wasabi V3 modchip with the wiiclip (if you don't like soldering)
