Um, I have a PAL game and the save doesn't show up in my wii. I use neo gamma to play it so, how do I get a save for it?

Is nsmbw the only game this will work with? I've tried it on mh3, but when looking for wiimj2d.sav, i find data00, data01, data02 ect in a folder called nocopy. I've also searched all of these files with my editor but can't seem to find anything that indicates pal or ntsc. any assistance would be much appreciated.
    thanks

    Saves?

So I've done all the steps as said, Though I can't seem to find my saves after I extract them. It displays as if it extracted fine but when i go to install there is nothing on the list. I've even tried to use the MOD version of the extracter and choose all sorts of IOS configurations, some in which showed the list of saves but non in which actually extracted fully. Any help?

Worked great for me for converting my Prince of persia from "other" region (5a at the end) to PAL (as the game kept freezing at some point with the backup disc I lent from my friend. Got the game and the save didn't work but now it does )

(no HEX editing was needed, I just copied over the files from the 5a folder to the 50 folder)
