New Super Mario Bros. with WiiKey & DVD Help!

I have a WiiKey V1 that unfortunately now is on Version 4.2U without the homebrew channel.

I burned the PATCHED Super Mario Bros. to a DVD @ 1X and I keep getting the disc read error.

Can I only load the patched game with NeoGamma via the homebrew channel?

Am I out of luck here? What are my options at this point? Thanks all!

why did you feel it neccesary to make another thread about this, when you obviously havent read the guide thats already posted (linked in my sig) that would have answered all your questions?

Is it because you feel you are special, and should have your own thread?

Is it because you have yet to work out how to use the search button?

can't you just re-add the HBC via the bannerbomb v2 exploit, or have you fucked it with cioscorp or something?

    for me it doesn't work

i have a mod chip (don't know which version or type , is there anyway to find out wihtout opening the case? ) , and i tried so far like 4 versions, patched, etc, one of them i made the patch myself with Wii tools 1.1 , and it doesn't work, it gives a black screen with white text and tells me to restart the wii.

i don't have soft mod installed, because i'm afraid that it will brick the wii

    firmware 4.2U , USA , NTSC LUA63 version

i have homebrew 0.6 installed but without boot mii

The modchip portion of the guide is unavailable so the OP has no answer, and your guide is currently useless to the OP in attempting to achieve a solution. Thank you for preparing the guide but please tone down the ego, eh?

Hello gliglou, could you talk more about the "iND fixed" ? I have the same set up as you but I am not sure about the "Waninkoko patched update" and "iND fixed" aspects that I may be missing; my disc works but blacks out after 10 mins. Thanks in advance.
