I read your reported post, I am game for now. Ever heard of an out of region game? If you searched as you claimed you have, you will find the answers. And one more thing, if you already have the game, why are you downloading out of region ones in the first place? And just FYI, maybe posting that YOU DO OWN THE GAMES in a thread will definitely not get your thread closed. Perhaps you couldn't comprehend that on your own, so I am helping you out just this once.

I have the exact same problem, but I don't know how to apply this patch? What is this .ppf file and what do I do with it?

why patch it, all loaders should play it just fine, unless you don't have the disc...

Im using a burned DVD, but it prompts me with black screen on the second level.
"Error has accurred press eject button, etc"

so, that means you don't have the original, didn't make a copy of it and now you have a borked burned copy... don't know what to tell you...

That's correct I don't, that's why I wanted to try it out first.

I have 4.3e, softmoded with the guide" softmod any wii" by Mauifrog, CFG USB loader. I have followed the guide using Alt dol trick, but still got black screen whenloading. Any help? Do I have to change ISO?

Change .iso? Take the original disk and use the usb loader to back it up. You should have everything installed from the guide.

Didn't the latest d2x remove the need for the alt.dol (or so I read)? I bought my NSMB when it first came out so I haven't had to mess with it in a long time.
