****You can use NeoGamma R8Beta13 or above, cIOSrev14, place the included .wip-Patches in /NeoGamma, and enable "Search patches".

WORKS PERFECT with my first gen wiikey and on my 3.3 system menu. i thought i was never going to get this game to work. i was even looking to install an usb loader but was getting too confused.

I have no problems loading the game but everytime I exit NSMB, the loader (several of them; wiiflow, neogamma, usb GX) crashes and i need to hard reboot the Wii.

Anyone else experience this and have a solution?

I can tell you normally 3.2U may lack some IOS that are upgraded via disc updates that you're lacking. Going to 4.1 shouldn't be required so long as you're using pretty much standard and fully updated IOS and have done the least intrusive softmod version as can be found in a separate thread on Wiihacks (entitled softmod any wii 3.1 to 4.1)

Edit: NeoGamma runs on IOS249 normally; what's it run on your system that may tell something...

yeah my neogamma is on ios249. the last time i backed up my nand was before i installed cioscorp. this might be a stupid question, but if i restore my nand will that completely get rid of all of that or will it screw things up bad?

I can't recall if you said you had cISOCorp installed or recently had uninstalled it. I'd read the readme with the uninstaller, and at worst you could follow this thread on virginizing your Wii. A NAND restoration I'm not sure on (I know a reformat will not benefit you). Probably try the thread I suggested first. If you have boot2 access for BootMii, a NAND restore won't hurt --- but don't do it if you have it as an IOS.

I got it working now, but unlike it is said, I had to use the iso PATCHED to get it working with NeoGamma beta 15, the unpatched one gave an reading error even before starting the game itself(only the menu was shown), and I was able to play this same disc by just launching it through the disc channel, but as with everyone else, it would stop working after a few minutes playing.

On a different subject, is there any program I can use to create an WAD for NeoGamma beta?I don't want to have to load it through the homebrew channel everytime I want to play, with this tutorial http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html the Wii gets installed with an older version that is a channel itself, much better.

I think if not a wad, you put or create dir within /apps and rename it boot.dol if memory serves (I prefer wads as I don't have to fool with stuff after doing it once).

Edit: latest version "breaks" under cIOSCorp, just an FYI in case that'd apply...

I'm not quite sure to be honest as Im still trying to get my head around what all these IOS' are! If I load neogamma it says rev 14 at the bottom of the screen

Like I said, I've installed all the WAd files that the tutorial suggests but I cant see that there was a wad file to update IOS249, only that I shoudl install other wads to ios249. My head is about to explode

when you "get disc error refer to manual" just eject the disc and reinsert it, the game starts from where it left off, happened a couple of times but now works great.

cheers for all the info i've read
