Backups that do work on wifi?

Well I dont really have any wii games with wifi, and the only game I do play on wifi is brawl, which I lack a backup for. Anyway, is there a list of backups that will work on wifi?

I heard COD:WAW, does not work on wifi, unless you play from a usb HDD.

Not all of us can afford to buy a usb HDD in the current state of the economy. I wish some people would consider this.

I can play disc backups and HDD games online as well if that helps. I had COD:WaW first as a disc backup and it had no problems connecting to WiFi until the disc got too scratched... now it is on a USB-HDD.

Well I ask because a friend is like, "The multiplayer for COD:WAW wont work online off the cd, but on the hdd only the online works". So I was wondering if he just had a bad iso or something.

I will work. Trust me, I have it on DVD-r and it works fine.

All this talk of backups having trouble online is a myth. They work fine.
