I started playing this over the weekend and really liked it. after a few quick games I wanted to try the FRANCHISE mode and ran into a controller prob.

during the games I can't control a single player. all I can do is call plays, timeouts etc, but not snap, pass, dodge or even just move a player. I get the circle around the activated player, can switch between players, but not actually control what the player is doing. no matter which player, offense, defense of special teams... I can't control it.

Tried all game control settings from rookie over pro, all-play and madden. switched them around in the FRANCHISE mode as well as the general settings at the very start menu of the game. when I start the match I want to play in FRANCHISE mode I click All-Play on or off but not difference.

Anyone know what I'm missing?
