You dont need a credit card to do most of the things on there, but it helps you accumilate points faster.
If you dont want to use a credit card the rewards are low in terms of the points you recieve.
Theres pages of surveys and offers on Rewards1. Its pretty good.
sounds a lot like those ads that say
