I have a softmodded Wii. I am running the System 4.0. I have cios38_rev14 installed. I am using USB Loader GX. I have had no problems running any WII games, even recent games such as Sports Resort and Grand Slam Tennis.
I was wondering if it would be safe to run Guitar Hero 5 under this configuration. Is there anything else I need to load before doing this?

I'd imagine so. I've never heard of an unsafe game.
Perhaps you could pick up on the dozen or so other GH5 threads posted already on Wiihacks.
