Sports resort not working after played for a day

Hi everybody, I hope you could help me. I have been looking in all threads and all of them talk about how to make it work from the beginning, however I was able to run it and play it yesterday long, I have 4.1U sofmodded, neogamma R6 and did what it said: run the .dol to watch the movie, then restarted without dol and it worked perfectly, I was playing the whole day. However, today I tried again (let me say that I played Sports Island 2 with 002 error fix on last night) and it says that the disc can not be read, there is an error and is not workin!!! I even tried to do everything again to see the movie but it goes to a menu about the wii motion and back to the wii menu and again, not working.
I am burning the disc again but any help would be very much appreciated

Have you tried cleaning the disk? it also could be that the laser in ur wii has been damaged for using a wrong dvd

Yeah, I clened it even with bleach (jeje) and I am running mario kart right now so I hope is not the laser nor the disc been dirty, let me see what happens with another burn; in any case give some advise pls

It could be the disc is bad and im pretty sure you're not suppose to use things like bleach on discs. Instead you take a clean cloth that is damp with water and clean the disc but you do not clean it in circles instead you start from the inside and wipe outwards and repeat till you have done the whole disc but i think the disc is now spoilt so try reburning the iso also DVD-Rs are better than DVD+Rs and Verbatims are recommended.

No, I know, I was kidding about the bleach, wht I meant is that I cleaned it as good as I could. I had a Verbatim -R and i do not know what happened, I burned the iso again and it's playing ok again, I hope it was a disc issue and not something that will show up again every time i restart.

It was probably a disc issue also remember to burn at low speeds such as 2.4x or 2x.

it's better to use dvd +r as -r is bad for the reading laser inside your wii

ow I normally always use R+ ah well. so R- is better because you say:

Sorry i made a typo but like I was trying to say DVD-R is better than DVD+R since DVD+R causes the wii laser to work harder and causes early death to the laser.
