Spectrobes:Origin Black Screen Help

im having trouble loading spectrobes

rigin..when i put the game the screen stay black and nothing happen.i tried loading with cioscorp v3.2 and neogammar7(iso249r14)..can someone help me plz?thx!

Hey, having the same problem... running cios36rev10. Tried loading via USB... no go. Cannot seem to find a fix online, any help???

should work fine! do you have #002 fix on? are you trying to run ntsc on pal (or vice versa) as you may need to force to NTSC/PAL. It runs fine with me from USB or DVD.

I'm sorry, I never got back to post a response. Using USB loader, ANTI 002 fix enabled. Works great. Was using CoverFloader (which seems to lack these fixes...) now strictly using USB loader. I've come so far in the last 3 months (from an upgraded 4.?U Wii with no knowledge of modding to a 3.2 softmod Wii) I can't believe I somehow managed to skip this loader. Seems to be a much better program for my purposes.

For anyone else who is venturing down this path, my only advice is research, research, research. Everything you want to do is SOMEWHERE online. Put in a little leg work. And post on Wiihacks. This is a great site.

I have tried on with 002 Fix ON and ANTI and no dice...

I am on a 4.0U Wii and I have tried with the latest version of UXB GX and still it gives me a black screen...I read somewhere else that you could turn Alt Dol ON, but then it just tells me it can't find an alternate dol?

If anyone can help, I would truly appreciate it.

It was one of those games that pops up with an update, but I didn't notice that until after I copied the game over to my hard drive. I then went to the dic channel and installed the update. Then I deleted the copied game and reinstalled and it still doesn't work. Even with the 002 Fix on or on Anti, any help would be great.

The only thing I can think of is that I just won't be able to play this game unless I clear my hard drive off and start copying games all over again...this is the first game I've had problems with. I copied Brawl and Wii Sports Resort over just fine and didn't have any problems with them.

i ran into this with guitar hero 5 and spectrobes, i got guitar hero 5 working by updateing my cioscorps and installing a few wads, but i cant seem to get spectrobes to work, im using a softmoded wii at 4.2U [NTSC] all my backupgames work except spectrobes now.... even cursed mountain is working fine for me.. i tried both the PAL and NTSC versions of Spectrobes i get the same thing on both... A brief green screen then black screen.

Spectrobes requires IOS55 v4633, make sure you have that (or newer).

got it now, thanks, intalled a rev 14 for cisocorp turns out i only had rev 7 or something like that
