    software to organize games?

Hey guys, I have a question re: programs that let you organize your games so you can see what you have without flipping through all the games. I found a couple of programs that cost about $30-40, but there's got to be a free one out there! I have about 100 games, and it would be nice for me (and my friends when they come over) to be able to just look at a list on my computer rather than shuffle through them all.

And yes, I'm aware that I can make a list in Excel or whatever, but I have a program for my DVDs that lets me just enter a name, and then it pulls up a picture, summary, and other things, and then adds it to my library...

Anybody know of anything like this? Thanks!

Try using a WBFS manager. download this one... WBFS Manager - Release: WBFS Manager 3.0

or you can use WBFS Inteligent which I actually like a little better. But the link above will work perfectly for what you're trying to do.

Thanks Loanguy! I just tried it, and it stalled on the install. I'm going to try again in a bit here.

OK, sorry if I seem entirely dense...I don't think this is what I'm looking for though. I'm looking for something along the lines of this: MediaMan - Professional Organizer Software for Books, Music, Videos, and Games or this: FREE: track the videos you own + the movies you've seen + discover new movies you'll like , but for games. Maybe I'm missing something with the programs you suggested, but it seems like they are completely different things.

ohhh you're talking about just regular games, not games loaded on a USB ext drive. HA! totally talking about different things.

Not sure why you'd be asking on how you can make a regular list of games, kind of a silly question.. lol goodluck.

yep, that's exactly what I'm looking for! And like I said, I know it would be easy to just make a list in Excel, but I'm looking for something that lets me see all my games conveniently (sometimes I forget which ones I have, or if my friends come over, they can quickly look at them and see what the games are about) without having to flip through them all. I have a similar program for DVDs, and because I have over 1000 of them, the program lets me scroll through and find out what I have...it's kinda nice when I want to see the movie synopsis and stuff...I must not be the only person like this!

    Thanks for your help though.
