I had a similair problem with mario kart (which is very annoying when playing online). I just ran it from a ext drive works perfectly now. You could even just run it from an sd card if you haven't got an ext drive.

Yeah I guess thats what I'll have to try next. I'm getting another NTSC version of it now. Hopefully that works on disc if not I'll have to get a large SD or USB drive. Unfortunatly all I have is 2g SD cards right now. I had a 500gb ext HD but my baby son knocked it off the desk and now it won't read

Hopefully dell will take it back under my warrenty.

when you extract the iso using wbfs manager it compresses it,(i think) makes it smaller anyway. It might fit on a 2gb one give it a try.

Yes wbfs gets rid of " junk" and dummy data mainly used as a copy protection.
Most games are just under 2 gigs when ripped this way.

Well there you go then, try it using your sd card if it still doesn't work well i'm out of ideas.

Can any of you tell me what you're running Anno with. I am having a hell of a time getting it to run. I get to the in game title screen but then it says disc read error. I've tried both NTSC and Pal versions. I'm using the same discs as always and never had problems with them before.
Running Neogamma 7 RC 4 and Cios Rev14 on waninkokos 4.1U.

i had to use usb loader gx. with #002 fix enabled and force ntsc and vid patch cuz i have an american wii

I got it working with usb loader gx and a new image. It seems the two I dl'd before were crap, the third one works like a charm.
Awesome game.
Now how do I make it so I can grow fields of hemp in 2009 instead of 1404?

well it is 2009 so you don't need a time machine just some seed's out side and plant away.
