Sorry this is an old thread but a really good site for downloading game covers is Wii Boxart You can search for any game ID. I've uploaded dozens of covers but the stupid thing with this site is you have to pay 1e or 1$ to join.
CCovers.cc is a great site I've used it for years but the Wii covers are the full ones that are to big for USB Loaders.
Best one is gametdb, no doubt.
