What does it mean and how to i obtain it?

Wi-Fi connection. It's the internet for your DS or Wii. You need a wireless router to obtain it.

wfc means wi-fi you get it by picking up on a wirless motem or bying a special plug that lets you go on to the internet there about 20-50$ at like wall-mart or target

Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection is Nintendo games online pretty much. You need to be near a Hotspot to get it.
Mcdonalds has one or you could buy a Wireless router so you can have Wi-Fi in your own house.

WFC represents Wi-fi Connection. This feature lets you battle/trade with anyone in the world as long as you have their f/c and they have yours. To get this code you need Wi-fi anyway. It is simple to obtain. All you nust have is a wireless router on your computer then you look at the manual of the game your playing to look for WFC settings or something close to that.
