probably rayman rabbing rabbits since you have to do a lot of motion

Let me put it this way... if you are running while playing bowling... you will get a good one... just run while playing... none of the games really give a cardio workout unless you are psycho, swinging the wand around... and please do not do that... another broken screen and I would die from laughing... just go outside and ride your bike!

Nah, Boxing is to easy, four hits and the guy is down lol, I'm going to have to say Rayman Raving Rabbids aswell, alot of motion involved.

well, if un play the wii like some of my friends and myself, then bowling gives us a big workout.. also prince of persia:rival swords can get me pretty tired.....

Simply playing boxing on wii sports gets me tired.
