I think it's called a Compact app, The first of many i believe.
...Yup it certainly does. It's powerd by opera so it's OK but not superb; however the navigation with the WiiRemote is flawless. Flash and Java are fully supported so you can play flash games, check your Gmail, watch videos (with full sound) from YouTube etc. etc. Make sure you download the compact app now though because soon it will cost you 500 Wii Points!
