no, you really get what you pay for, and if you don't like it, you can usually get a refund. but you must be on something if you cant find a wii for 250. that's when they first came out. we lost our gamestop (it was tragic), but it shouldnt even be 300.

I think the people who are selling these Wii's have either previously owned them. Or don't need to make a profit off of a Wii. The Wii's retail price is about $250 bucks. I think that buying off of Ebay (especially a video game console) is a risk. But if you are willing to take it go for it.

Look at their ratings. You want to deal with sellers with reps as close to 100% as possible. If they are under 100%, you want to look at who gave them bad ratings and why. Some sellers are bad but the majority are good. Craigslist isnt too bad either, at least you get to deal with someone local and can meet face to face.

sometimes. I think the most problems occur if:
The seller sends something that isn't working (false advertising) The seller is slow to send it
There isn't really a warranty, and you might not be able to return it to the seller.
The best thing to do if you want to buy on ebay is to look at the seller's previous feedback to see what other buyers thought. See if there are any negs. and what the negs. were about. And also look as to what else they were selling (same items, or items in the same price range)

Some people do not give you what you ordered, but you can check their feedback, if you click on the item and then look in the top right hand corner on the screen you see a percent, the higher the positive percent, the better things they have done and sold, most people generally do give you what you have ordered as otherwise you can report them.

Some people do, do that but it happens very rarely. I normaly get my gba games from there it's pretty good.
Have you tried going on Amazon it's sort of the same but your Dad might let you get it from there. It might be the same price or more expensive I don't really know but you can have a look.

Its sometimes true, especially with electronics. Most of the time the electronics are previously owned and more than likely there's something wrong with it. Besides, why would you get a Wii from Ebay for $300 when best buy is selling them for $250?
