Is it necessary or even beneficial to buy a replacement plan with the Nintendo Wii?
Looking to purchase the new Wii from Nintendo. I know its pretty much necessary to buy a replacement for the xbox 360 since the console breaks down so easily. Does the Wii have any such problems after use? Should I consider buying a replacement plan with it? Does Nintendo have it's own plan? What's the original warranty? Thanks.

I know that if you actually register your wii and some games at [Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register] you can extend your warranty from Nintendo (for free).

there has been problems with over heating and people braking their controllers i competly recommend it its a good deal

You dont need to worry about any form of replacement plan with the Wii, they are extreemly reliable and the only reason the Wiimotes break is because people either dont use the wriststrap or they dont hold onto them properly
