Copying save files

I've encountered a bug with Skyward Sword making it so that I can't proceed further into the game and it's because the game split itself into 2 files (WBFS, WBF1) and I want to convert my FAT32 drive into a NTFS one. I know that the save files are stored on the Wii by default but what if I add Skyward Sword again into my HDD, will I be able to use the same saved file? Or will I lose it once I delete the game from the HDD?

Are you sure it's not the "normal" game bug? There is a program you can download in the Shop Channel that will fix your game save so you can continue again.

Note that I played through the entire game using FAT32 with no issues.

My Wii Shop channel says that I need a system update and I'm a bit skeptical about that, should I go ahead and do it or is there another way?

Thanks for the link, I've updated the Wii shop channel, I'll look for the fix now.

I've installed the "Save Data Update Channel for Skyward Sword" but that didn't help, I searched on Google and found that it was only for the North American shop channel?

Please use the Edit function.;)
