I am trying to get the new Pirates Blast game to load using the USB loader program. When I run it with default settings, it's black and white. When I run it with the Force NTSC format the video color comes back but the video is all choppy and unplayable. I am running the game off of a USB stick (all of my other games run off the USB stick no issues). What settings do I need to change?

Try forcing PAL if you have region freed wii games in Priiloader.

Somehow you got an out of region game, can't imagine how that happened????
btw....region free in priiloader has nothing to do with usb loading.
I beleive I tried forcing PAL and had the same issue, the video was just choppy, the audio portion was fine just the video looks like an old tv that could not get the signal in.

What do you mean by region free? sorry if it's a dumb question. I will try the IOOS 250 and others to see.
I just set my loader to force system default and it plays the few imports that I have.
