Is it a original copy or burned copy?

I see you followed the guide, but do you have other burned games that work? It could also be a bad burn. Do you have problems with any other games?

Update your cios, then load game with ios 250[57] Then you should be OK
I'm running 4.1E PAL I'm on IOS 58 with d2x7 and all works for me. If you are not sure how to update CIOS. read the mod any wii tutorial a couple of times. then collect the necessary files for your system and go for it. Or just remod your system using the guide, stick to the guide, EVERYTHING. you can overwrite your system no need to remove anything. Do downgrade to stable 4.1E. add priiloader. Do It all.
One more thing Call of Duty disc backups are quite harsh on your disc drive ther is a lot of info moving with a FPS type game. You should seriously think about using a HDD to play your backups.
