Hi! I heard about this game from a friend (a Wii pirate), he said it was made by Nintendo. But after some research, I find it's fan-made, only available online. So is it legal to download and play this game? I have the original game (New Super Mario Bros. Wii), if that helps.
At best, it's a legal grey area. You won't get a better answer than that.
