There's about a 2% chance of that happening. The Wii was released to be a family-friendly gaming system, with no plans to release an excess of violent games (aside from a few like Red Steel). Also, they'd need to find a way to innovate the GTA control system to work with the Wii's contols, which just isn't feasable without making a whole new game, incurring massive losses to Rockstar for the production costs against what the projected sales would be.
Dude you should've bought a PS3 or 360. Wii isn't even next-gen. It's a cute little novelty that will die out. If the PS3, 360, and Wii were all the same price Nintendo would be out of business. Sell that thing while they're still hard to find. Wii isn't getting a lot of cool games that PS3 and 360 are getting.
