"Oh no! The game is saying I have to update to play Zombies and Multiplayer! What do I do?!?"

Relax, this is just an "in game update", it does not update your Wii! Read more below.

    Still won't boot

I followed Mauifrogs guide a couple of months back and all games are working with CFG USB-loader.
Except this game won't, so I ran a SysCheck on the Wii...

    Among others, present are:

    IOS 224 (57) Hermes 5.1
    IOS 249 (38 D2x v6
    IOS 250 (57) D2x v6

Looking at the above statement, my setup should be sufficient.

I already updated the CFG loader itself from v65 to v70 and set COD to boot with IOS 224M and saved accordingly.
The loader (start-up screen) itself is booting with 248 (Frag).
Still a black screen when trying to get the game running though... :/

    - Do I need to manually change the USB-loader's config settings on the SD to boot the app with 224?
    - Are there any other settings I need to change (eg 002 Fix etc)?
(regions don't matter I understand, it should at least boot, yes?)

    Any helping answers appreciated.

You do realise after 4 clicks I get redirected BACK HERE? (that, or I get to read a 370 page long thread...)

...maybe the ISO itself is corrupt. I'll try again and if the same error occurs, report back here.

Regions DO matter, You can set any region up in priloader or force a region in cfg.

If you are using CFG v70 I suggest updating your cIOS to the d2x final 7.. you dont have to to play this game but its better to have it anyways for newer game compatibility.. In the cfg game options, assuming you are using a back up with the same region as your wii... change the cIOS the game runs from to 250.

You get redirected back here, because the answer is in the first post.

How to select cIOS within your usb loader of choice
Configurable usb loader - Select game -> Press 1 to go into options -> IOS (select your cIOS of choice) -> press 2 to save.

Wiiflow - The latest revision of Wiiflow has an auto select cIOS feature

    Uloader - Select a game -> Configure -> cIOS/boot -> Select your desired cIOS

Usb loader GX -> Select the game -> Settings -> Game load -> IOS -> Select the desired cIOS and save

    Thanks for your answer, Shift_Lock.

@ playerkp420: If that would be an answer for me, I wouldn't have posted here concerning it NOT WORKING...?

    I can read fine, thanks.

I read several times that the region only matters for the online play (not the game's boot ability in general), as it has to be the same as the console's?
(Having to do with the shop/server etc. NOT talking about any PAL/NTSC trouble, do mind. I know every possible scenario on that subject.)
Just to make sure, I'll set the game to be forced.
