Can I also add that we need to know if it's a burned disc or a retail copy. Newer Wii consoles aren't capable of playing burned discs.

Your system is all over the place.
Since you have HBC 1.1.2, you may want to uninstall that first so you don't get things mixed up between HBC 1.1.0 (which is what we recommend you install) and 1.1.2.
After that, to get it current, go through the softmod Any Wii guide (link in my signature) starting at the top. I would recommend you install anything that says "optional if you already have 4.3", since it doesn't look like your 4.3 menu was installed "normally", getting all the "optional" stuff included will clean that up.
So at the end, you should have HBC 1.1.0, Menu 4.1, all cIOS's and IOS's current, Priiloader installed and configured, Shop Channel to v21, and MIOS to v10.
Hi, I managed to get my game to boot from usb loader gx using Cios 250.
Problem is my game is NTSC but my new wii is PAL. I don't get any update message and indeed it cannot connect when trying to play online.
I read through the original post; so does this mean there is no way I can play online ? I thought that by soft-modding the wii (using the softmod any wii guide) it would be easy to just load the game as PAL or something ?
Any other info about how I can easily get this to work ? (I am a bit of a noob).
Have any of you ever heard of a game (ie. COD - BO) copying all but the last .10% ?
The only reason I ask is........Due to this WBM does not allow the creation of an ISO.
