Trouble installing IOS. HELP!?

I have Wii that I've been using for years softmodded. I ran syscheck 162 and it then
created a list of IOS's I was missing. It installed all but 15.... I can't seem to
get past this.......... 2other Wii's done perfect.

Would it be the recomendation that I go with a factory update to the latest firmware,
(however thats done) and then rehack the wii?

I know that this wii was 3.2U a LONG TIME AGO. First GEN wii. I've done 4.3u's
without problems...........

Suggestions on the easiest route?

no, do NOT reset your wii to factory settings, and then try to rehack it.
Just go over it again with the softmod any wii guide, do EVERYTHING, no skipping steps unless the guide instructs you to, and then you will be up to date. It is safer to overwrite than to remove and do it again.

+1 to this. Start with the "Softmods with HOMEBREW CHANNEL installed" spoiler.
