Just the IOS or the cIOS as well?
Following the Softmod ANY Wii guide (link in my sig) will update the IOS, cIOS, HBC, Priiloader, etc. It's completely safe and very easy to follow.
I know that I softmodded this wii for a friend but I don't remember wich guide I used : shadowsonic2, dogeggs, mauifrog??? But I what I know, I need to update it for him. Heres is the syscheck. Can you confirmed that I can use the update section of "softmod any wii" guide for this one.

If you want a complete update you should just follow the whole guide. It doesn't look like priiloader is installed, so if you are doing this for someone else, you should definitely give him/her the best brick protection available.
priiloader is installed, I do this to every wii I softmod.
In that case yes the cIOS update pack would get you updated. You may also want to make sure the HBC is running on IOS58. If it isn't, simply reinstall it using the hackmii 0.8 installer.
Thank you very much
I think I updated what you told me usin this thread (http://www.wiihacks.com/other-faq-gu...your-ioss.html) .
Here is a syscheck again. Can you tell me If I need to update anything else
Should I do every section of the "any wii softmod guide" I mean the Modpack and CIospack

It doesnt look like you installed all of the updated cIOS. 245-251 from the cios pack update didnt get installed. Other than that, everything else looks up to date.
