    Question Replacing someone elses work

Alright, I acquired a wii, already soft modded a while back. Its running a 4.1u system menu, and that's about all I've been able to figure out. I've tried to follow the hack an wii guide posted, but I still get errors with any backups I load.
Is there anyway to check what exactly was done to this wii before, as well as get all of the previous mods up to date.
I would appreciate any help even if its simply a link to another guide that I may have missed. Im hoping to get this wii running again soon for my sons birthday.

I'm pretty sure your cIOSs are out of date, but just to be sure post a syscheck. To see what needs to be changed
