    Question need help with 249 finding usb

    hey all sorry for another 249 post as there is lots everywhere i look lol. I need 249 to see my usb HDD at this moment i have 222 playing all my games on USB using cfg usb loader and i can play DVD's in neogamma on 249 but not usb. i modded this wii a long time ago using a guide and just bought a HDD a few days ago. here is my config as asked in many other posts that people put.


    Region: NTSC-U.
    Hollywood v0x11.
    Boot2 v2.
    System Menu v449 (4.1U).
    BC v5.
    MIOS v4.
    First release.

    i think i'm just missing a easy step cause there is no USB 2.0 on 249. thanks for reading my post and i really hope you can help

    yes, kind of strange, no usb 2.0 on it. you don't have one of wiihacks recommended setups i would say. check the wanin hermes cios thread linked below, there you can get fresh/good .wad files to install.
    check the recommended setup there/or just get 249rev20 if you really want to have the lastest in 249 to use it with neogamma. i like usbloading with cfg usbloader.
    why not rip the left over discs to the usb hdd as well?

    use the syscheck by double_A 2.0.1 dont use syscheck GX

    thats the problem i don't wanna rip discs anymore lol and as for rev 20 i have that installed atm and there was no usb 2.0 support so config says

    much better..maybe your hdd doesnt wor k well with cios rev20 try rev 19

    try wiiflow see if it makes a difference...if your using wbfs you can try fat32 fs

    @richardsito thanks for letting me know but the syscheck put out by syscheck gx is wrong check here http://www.wiihacks.com/homebrew-app...rikspyder.html

    ok so tried wiiflow and 222 and 249 both come with error of wbfs_open failed:-1 now the hard drive is partitioned as 3 gig Fat32 then WBFS 450 gig then 547 gig fat32 how do i get it to go to the fat32 without deleting the WBFS partition?
