Hacked Wii A La Carte, need help with skipped steps

Ok, I've read tut's and used search till I gave up. New to Wii Hacks, wish I'd started here, wouldn't have had this issue. I have System Menu 4.1u, HBC 1.0.8, & 1.1 WiiFlow. I did HBC a while ago, didn't hack again till I learned about USB Loading with WiiFlow. All of that stuff works, well WiiFlow hangs up when using 249, 222 is all good. Somehow cIOS 249 didn't get installed correctly. I found this out as I tried to
Update the Shopping Channel to v20 by krank

it was then that I realized 249 is wrong. I want to reinstall 249, but need instructions on it and a link to a safe place to download it. While searching for answers I realized I have missed out on important things like getting Prii Loader. So my questions is this:

Other then HBC, & WiiFlow what important/necessary things does my Wii need?

And how can I add them A La Carte since some steps were missed? cIOS249?

Is there a way to check that you have all the cIOS hacks needed?

I have tried tut's and FAQ's but many of them assume you've already done such & such or that you are starting from scratch. I have hacked my PSP, PS2 w/HDD, Wii, & other misc things. I'm not a pro or noob, but I def understand most of it. So technical answers will most likely be understood. Thanks in advance!

(Most hacks were downloaded elsewhere, some were no good, some instructions were wrong. I hacked here & there what I wanted and found interesting. I had no idea there were so many chronological steps to doing all this correctly!)

say hello in the introduction section as well.

maybe just stick to wiihacks from now on.
i like the softmod any wii guide linked below, covers everything you need and more. no need to delete anything, just install new on topof old stuff.
as you already know how to handle some apps you will be done in 20mins after reading
good luck with that (further questions could go in the guides thread or just come in the chat for quick help on minor problems)

    <--suggestions helped? press Thanks
