Where to get the WAD for cios rev20b?

    Hi guys,

My gf does not have internet and I need to get the appropriate WAD file so that I can install cios rev20b on her system. Can someone please advise where I can get the WAD file for this release?

    Many thanks.

Get NUSD, you can download the IOS and make sure to pack as a wad.

You need to read the readme that is included with the cIOS installer, that will let you know which version of the IOS you need to download. Then you take the download wad and place it on the root of the SD card (do not place the wad in the wad folder). Now you are ready to run the cIOS installer, make sure to select the option "install from wad".

The cIOSx rev20 readme may not say what version of the IOS you need, find the thread here at wiihacks, it will say what version of the different IOS's you need to download.

Unless you know what you are doing then avoid Rev20. Stick with Rev17.
    Damn I suck!!!!

Run the cIOS installer, select "wad install", the installer will attemp to install the cIOS, but will fail. It will tell you what version of the IOS is needed for the install.

But like krank advises, cIOS rev17 has proven itself as a good choice, I use cIOS rev17, rev20 don't work well with my USB HDD.
