Can't you just connect it to the pc and use explorer or wbfs manager (depending on the filesystem you used) to delete them If your loader will not?

yes, install wbfs manager v3, and load the drive letter which windows can't recognize and suggests that you format it.

wbfs will recognize it then hilight and delete or even right click delete. or usbloader gx has an uninstall option in the games settings menu.

wbfs manager is still not recognizing my drive and usb loader gx crashes when i try to access the game settings. Note, the game will run until the first main cutscene in both neogamma and CFGUSBloader. strange..

i've done everything on that thread with no luck, gx still crashes, and in what apps im able to run it, it still crashes at the cutscene :/ i think the problem was that i didnt have iso222 running with the initial install and now i cant delete the copy cuz wbfs manager and my computer wont recognize my drive. What am i to do! D:

When in USB Loader GX, can't you put the pointer on the game you want to delete
    and press the " - " button?

i had the same problem. you didnt install the game wrong if its playing up to the baby's cry cutscene. since the game is dl there is issues when loading on iso249. install iso222 and run wiiflow ios222 version. this worked perfect for me. as in i beat the game with it. any other thing ive tried was a failure. im running 4.2u with hard and soft modded wii. its a first generation system as well. when they first came out. try that and see if it works for you. also make sure you update 36 and 56 i believe. i had to downgrade one to upgrade the other. then reupgrade another that i found on another site. and it got another system of mine working just fine for metroid other m.
