I took out the part about re-downloading the songs because I thought about it and I forgot exactly when I re-downloaded them. I know at one point I had to delete and re-download my songs I thought it was after switching from 249 to 223 but it could have been after I updated 223. I'm loosing track in my old age... I would say try what you already have and if that doesn't move right try re-downloading. I don't know anything about RB3 because I haven't even played it yet.

It turns out I didn't have the most recent version of USB Loader gx. so I upgraded to r 938. RB2 DLC songs still stayed on the wii. i tried reinstalling cios 202, 222, and 223. then reinstalling trucha. and hermes 5. then 5.1 i deleted all dlc off of the sd card and then downloaded a new song. still didn't work. so i installed cfg loader, and it worked! so I am using that now. i nearly drove myself crazy working on this and i have no idea why i couldn't get it to work. well... onward.

    Good Luck
I'm also using the pc tools to load the DLC songs into the SD card \private\data folder. If I buy the legit game, will it be able to read the DLC and play it from the sd card?
