Gonna need more info than that friend. It is like you are asking why your car won't start.
Click the Games Won't Load Link in my signature. That game has a guide and it only works from disk.
In addition since you tried to post in the hardmods only section as well as this one, it is still unclear what set-up you have.
I have that game on my hard drive as an .iso file. I usually play my games with USB Loader, USD Loader GX and Neogamma.... none of them seems to be working with these...
