Let's Be Honest Here - Help With Emulators, not WBFS Drive

I already know how to add wii games onto it using the WBFS manager, but is there a way to add non-wii game files onto it, such as n64/snes roms, or homebrew apps?

Well, um, there's an emulators section of the site for this very purpose. If you've not stopped in and said hello in the Introductions Section of the site, chances are it'd be worth your while to do so.
