    Mplayer_TT won't load DVDs

Hey, I just installed Bootmii with HBC and DVDx v2, then I put mplayer_tt on my SD card in the apps folder. When I run mplayer_tt from Homebrew, it opens up and shows me the full menu. If I put in a DVD and press "Play DVD" under the DVD menu, the disk spins a few times and then stops and mplayer_tt freezes. I can press the Home button to return to Homebrew, but it won't play the DVD.

This is a pretty old Wii, it has Menu system 3.4. Is there anything I should be considering when doing this? Another thread I found mentioned using Patchmii, but they had a modded Wii, and I don't exactly know how to use/install that.

    Thanks for any help.

I'll try wiimc and see if that works. [edit] Wow, that works great! Ha, even has the Wii hand in the menu, wasn't expecting that.

BUUUT, I used DOP-Mii so I could use IOS 202, and for some reason that made my HBC menu upsidedown? I don't know if I chose the wrong option; I did the first option in DOP-Mii, said yes to two things and no to the last one because I didn't know what mattered and what didn't. Everything else works fine, Homebrew is the only thing with an upsidedown menu, which is pretty annoying.

Is there a way to put the link to WiiMC in the main Wii channels panel?

That worked. Thanks for your help! Everything's working great. WiiMC is much more well-designed than mplayer.
