You have cIOSCORP Installed. Check out Ithians Guide on removing it. That is my recommendation. After following the guide all of your IOS will be up to date and you will be cIOSCORP Free.

Thanks for that Krank I installed cioscorp so i could play the backup games through my disc channel as i have a little one aged 5 and didnt trust her with using neogamma etc so thats why i put it on.
Ive touch wood had no problems with it and it does play every game and only come across 1 that it doesnt which is mario kart and have to use neogamma etc to play.
Is there any reason to change it or is it does preference or has it got underlying problems with cioscorp, would love to know as got me curious now to why cioscorp has got a bad press.

Short answer, cIOSCORP modifies almost all of your original Nintendo IOS and overwrites them with Custom ones. This is considered a risky process and can cause people a lot of issues. That being said, I know a lot of people who use it and think it is great. It is really down to preference. That was just my suggestion based on seeing your syscheck.

A few tips if you KEEP it installed. Don't mess around with any of the cIOSCORP IOS , meaning don't mix and match by installing other NON cIOSCORP IOS. For it to work correctly it needs to be fully installed. This is where a lot of people run into trouble, they get a new game, it black screens on them, so they come on here and find an IOS to install without remembering they have cIOSCORP and that you aren't supposed to mix them. So if you run across a game that doesn't work and you use cIOSCORP you have to wait for an update, instead of just being able to download the IOS you need and install it.

Thanks for speedy response so am i on the understanding that cioscorp is the only way to play back up copies through disk channel as i said before my little girl loves to play wii and uses disk channel as its so easy

is there a way to revert it back using tut link gave thanks for that or will it have to be neogamma only.

sorry to be such a pain but am curious now to see if its worth getting cioscorp of my wii and reverting back to the original as discussed.

What you recommend them change or stick to cioscorp or change

Yes it is the only way to run the games from the disk channel. ( Other then a modchip)

Like I said its personal preference. In your case I would likely keep it installed. But I load from USB and have no reason for cIOSCORP.

Well if you do decide to switch over to USB Loading then my suggestion would be to remove cIOSCORP by following Ithians guide. Then all of your IOS will be up to date. You can also set your Wii to Autoboot to your USB Loader so that it will be less steps for your little one to actually play a game. ( EXAMPLE : Turn on your Wii, Wiiflow will automaticlly show up, click the game you want to play, done). I find this setup works great for kids.

Of course you wouldn't have to auto-boot to Wiiflow if you don't want. You can just select it from the wii menu as well.

If you don't remove cIOSCORP when you switch over to USB Loading then you will likely have to update some IOS in the future...and to do this you will need to remove cIOSCORP. Which is why it is just best to do it before and get it over with. The guide on removing cIOSCORP by Ithian is excellent and I have followed it with no problems.
